Horse trekking in Songpan
| It is an extremely exciting experience horse trekking in Songpan. Riding on the horseback and climbing over mountains as high as 4000 meters, you can enjoy the unique sceneries in the virgin forests and breathe the fresh air. Maybe the first time in your life you find you are so close to the sky once you clime to the top of the mountains riding a horse.The prices charged for the horse treks are modest and are generally inclusive of meals, tents, bedding, water gear, and guides. You might feel somewhat less than satisfied with a short trek to Munigou Hot Springs,the treks to the isolated Falling Stone Mountain are also highly recommended. Besides of these , treks to Munigou and the Hot Springs at Er Dao Hai are also welcomed .Normally,it takes two days and a detour to the Zhaya waterfall takes an extra day. Treks to Ice Mountain take four days of hard riding, but are the most breathtaking of the available treks. Ycan also trek to Huanglong, passing close to the snow line, but this trek is not very popular since bus service is convenient and several hours of riding must be done on the public highway. |
