Giant pandas, the most precious animals in the world, live in China. Also more than 80% of giant pandas left in the world are living in and around Sichuan. the lovely panda living on arrow bamboo is now attracting more and more visitors with its uique postures and also wins the province the reputation of "the Hometown of Giant Pandas" Fengtong Stockade, Wolong and Wanglang Nature Reserves in Sichuan Province are the paradise of giant pandas and these make Sichuan the home to pandas in true sense. By care and support from all over the world, the Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding and Conservation has been set aside in Chengdu with the largest scale and most modern facilities. Loving nature and protecting our environment are the common responsibility borne upon on the mankind. Let`s come to the home of pandas so as to know more about them and do more to protect the nature.
In the environment suitable for pandas to live, tourists will enjoy beautiful natural scenery as well. En route, you will also visit Mt. Siguniang, which is reputed as Alps in the East, Jiuzhaigou (Jiuzhai Gully), the world-famous natural heritage designated by UNESCO, Huanglong Nature Reserve (called Legendary Land) and experience the folk customs of local Tibetans and the Qiang Ethnic groups.
Day1:Chengdu.- Ya"an -Bifeng Gorge- Baoxing, overnight in Baoxing town
Early departure for Baoxing town, via 140KM super high way to Ya`an - the ancient source of Tibetan tea.(nicknamed rainy city), On the way Visit Bifengxia Gorge panda park and enjoy scenery of the Qingyijiang River valley.

Day2: Baoxing-Rilong overnight in Rilong town
Visit to Fengtong Stockade Panda Conservation Center,listen to the introduction made by its staff and investigate the living conditions of giant pandas.Visit to the church where Davis once missioned.Experience the folk customs of Tibetans in Raoji ,Village.Climb over Jiajing Mountain.
Day3: Ri long Tour in Mt.Siguniang, overnight in Rilong town
(horse-riding costs RMB50-RMB150, excluded, trekking by the footpath is also available.)
Transfer to Changpinggou valley after breakfast, tourists may visit this valley by trekking or horse-riding, you can see the four peaks of Mt. Siguniang and virgin forest, tourists should prepare some food. Overnight in Rilong town.
Horse-riding cost: Depending on your riding distance, Start point to Erdaoping - RMB50, Xiaganhaizi - RMB100, Lianghekou - RMB150, you can negotiate with the horse owner, the price is calculated for round trip. (B+D)
Day4: Rilong-Markang-Wenchuan, overnight in Wenchuan (B+L+D)
Cross over Mt.Mengbishan and visit the Zhuokej Old Tibetan Land Lord house,. Overnight in Wenchuan County.
Day5:Wenchuan-Jiuzhaigou ,overnight in Jiuzhaigou.
.Visit the scenery in the valley of the Minjiang River and the ancient town of Songpan and experience the folk customs and living habits of the Tibetans and Qiang Ethnic Group. (B+L+D).
Day6: Full Day Jiuzhaigou Sightseeing
After breakfast, head to the Jiuzhaigou portal and transfer to Jiuzhaigou non-pollution bus, visit Shuzheng and Zezawa Valley; Pearl Sands and Shuzheng Waterfall; Shuzheng, Panda, Chang, Rainbow, Tiger, Rhinoceros Lake and the Tibetan mills. The countryman"s local Tibetan culture show is available in evening, the price is about RMB160/person (cost excluded), overnight in Jiuzhaigou. (B+L+D)
Day7:Jiuzhaigou-Pingwu, overnight in Pingwu
Cross over the snow-capped Mt.Xuebaoding and visit the Huanglong Nature Reserve. (B+L+D).
Day8: Pingwu-Jiangyou overnight in Jiangyou
Visit the Giant Panda Conservation Base in Wanglang Nature Reserve. (B+L+D).
Day9:Jiangyou-Chengdu, end tour
Visit to ,Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding and Conservation. . (B+L)
Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Foundation is a non-profit organization for the study anda protection of the giant panda.Since 1987, The Foundation has been working hard on giant panda ex-situ breeding,scientific research,and domestic and inernational cooperation.It has financially supported Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding,Chengdu Zoo anda collaborative universities and institutions to carry on 87 applied and basic projects. Twenty-four of these projects have won national, provincial or departmental and municipal rewards in technical renovation and/or technical improvements. Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding,aided by the Foundation,has developed into a giant panda conservation and research centtre. To date,50 litters yielding 77 cubs have been born, of which 49 survive
