No recommendation
.It is inadvisable for those who suffer from hypertension, cardiopathy and anything unsuitable to alpine areas to take this tour.
.When ascending an area over 3,000 meters, one may, more or less, suffer from his reaction to the high altitude: dry lips, nose-bleeding, headache, dyspnea, naupathia, vomit, insomnia or something uneasy, which will vanish in a couple of days.
.Do take along warm clothes, sunglasses, suntan oil, lipstick and anything on standby
.Drink enough water and avoid running or sports. Yak-butter tea, milk products and bverage with sachalin rhodiola rhizome help one`s acclimation.......
