Highlights:This epic journey through Sichuan, across the Tibetan Plateau to Lhasa, has attracted explorers and adventurers, pilgrims, traders, and even missionaries for hundreds of years. The journey is a long one, and requires a certain dedication on the part of the traveller, as well as a certain resilience to bumps! We have considerable experience of this route and know exactly what is required in terms of transportation, accommodation, and red tape, not to mention the fascinating sights along the way.
Every year from April to September, it is the best time to travel through some of the most attractive and beautiful areas in Sichuan and Tibet where you can enjoy the most typical Tibetan culture, life and landscape. With our 4 wheel drive land-cruiser, you start from Chengdu and end in Chengdu after you fly back from Lhasa, we drive you through the Tibet Plateau.

Itinerary
Day 1:Chengdu - Kangding (270KM),
Drive to Kangding, en route visit Mt. Erlang, arrive Kangding and transfer to hotel.
Day 2:Kangding - Ganzi (380KM),
Day 3:Ganzi - Dege (200KM)
Drive to Dege, en route visit the Tibetan lection-printing workshop.
Day 4:Dege - jiangda (110KM),
Day 5:Jiangda - Chamdu (230KM),
En route visit Qiangba Monastery.
Day 6:Chamdu - Basu (260KM).
Day 7: Basu - Bomi (217KM),
Day 8: Bomi - Nyingchi (215KM),
Cross Mt. Seche La pass, transfer to Lhasa hotel.
Day 9: Nyingchi - Gongbujiangda (207KM),
Day 10: Gongbujiangda - Lhasa (279KM)
Day 11: Lhasa Tour,
Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Monastery which famed as the holy place for Tibet mandala, and souvenir shopping in Barkhor Street and photographing along Lhasa river side.
Day 12: Lhasa - Gyantse - Shigatse,
Day 13: Shigatse - Lhasa End Tour
