Fly to Lhasa Gongar Airport, the guide will meet you and drive to Lhasa city (68km).transfer to hotel for refreshment
29th Aug: Shoton Festival Celebration, Drepung Monastery/Nechung Monastery(B)
Shoton Festival is on this day. Get up very early in morning, and go to Drepung monastery, and find a good seat to watch the Sunning Buddha ceremony. Then from here, walk 10 minute downhill to Nechung Monastery to watch the celebrations. And finish the day by taking a Kora around the Barkhor. Test your bartering skills with the locals in this push-and-shove economy,and you could join into the locals and share the happiness of Shoton Festival with them
30th Aug: Shoton Festival Celebration, Norbulinka Park/ Potala Palace / Jokhang Temple/ Barkhor street (B)
Today watch the Tibetan opera, performed in Norbulingkha as part of Shoton Festival. You'll find your way up through the stunning, awe-inspiring Potala Palace. Built in 637 AD by Songtsen Gampo, it was the former winter residence for the Dalai Lamas and is truly a splendor of Eastern architecture. Next, visit the Jokhang Temple, the center of Tibetan Buddhism, also built in the 7th century on the legendary pond of Wothang. After that, you can have a free walking by yourselves in Barkhor Street
31th Aug: Lhasa/Yamdrotso lake/Gyangtse/ Shigatse (B)
Morning time around 08:00am depart from Lhasa pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet (another 2 is Namtso lake and Manasarova), after visiting Gyangtse Kumbum and having a far view of Zongshan ruins, also Pelkor Chode Monastery, then arrive in Shigatse

Today you will visit the largest Monastery in west Tibet, the Tashilumpo monastery, as the last but famous historic sites for your Tibet tour. Tashilunpo monastery is one of the the six great Gelukpa institutions and was founded in 1447 by a disciple of Tsongkapa, Genden drup who was first dalai lama. Jamkhang Chenmo, containing the world's largest gilded copper image(26m high) of future god Jampa. Then we will visit the local handicraft market before driving along the Friend-ship Highway back to Lhasa.

1.The reservation can be cancelled changed or declined 24 hours in advance, both sides does not compensate each other any losses, but if cancelled changed or declined within 24 hours, 30% of fees will be charged.
2. If our clients didn’t show up in time, the cost will not be retreated, if leave the main travel group for independent travel, tour fee is not refundable.
