Day 1: Chengdu - Lhasa by air
2-hour morning flight from Chengdu to Lhasa, up from 500m to 3,000m. Fantastic above-cloud scenery.
1-hour ride along Yarlungzangbo, Mother River.
Check-in at hotel and have a good rest to get acclimated at the high altitude(3,680m)
Day 2 :Free activities in Lhasa
Enjoy yourself in the sun and here are rates of some attractions in Lhasa:

Day 3: Lhasa - Yangpachen -Nam Co lake
some 500km return ride is a pleasant journey northward, where it is vast grassland standing Mt Nyainqentanglha(7114m), lying the great lake.
Day 4: Lhasa--Shigatse
300km ride to Shigatse via Yamdrok Lake, Korala Glaciers and Gyangtse. overnight at Shigatze.(B+L+D)
Day05: Shigatse-Lhatse-New Tinggri (Shegar)-Rongbuk Monastery
350km ride to Rongbuk Monastery(5,100m).9km trekking or yakcart-ride(RMB30/per pax) to Base Camp of Mt Everest.Overynight at Tent Guesthouse.(dorm. bed).
Day06: Mt. Everest Base Camp-Rongbuk-Shigatse
Back to Xigatse and overnight there.
Day 7: Shigatse-Lhasa
Visit to Tashillhunpo Monastery and ride to Lhasa and Overnight
Day 8: Lhasa-Chengdu
Flight back to Chengdu. Tour End .
