Day1: Kashi-250km-Yecheng(1400m):

Rutog Rock Painting: human and wild beings painted in unusual ways. Bangong Tso: It is a charming, long and narrow Lake with an area of 604 square kilometers. With an altitude of 4,242 meters, it is salty in the west while sweet in the east. Birds, mainly hagdons and wild geese, take it home. With an average altitude of over 4700 meters, Gerze takes on the look of splendid
Plateau landscape. The vast area is little inhabited by man but a realm of wildlife.

Day6: Gerze-371km-Nyima（4700m)
Quiet green lakes dot the wasteland, among which Buruo Tso is 5158 meters high. Nature shows its empty immensity of grey earth with green water and bule welkin with white peaks.

Day8: Baingion-220km-Damshung(4200m)
Damshung,means Chosen Good Place in Tibetan. Sightseeing of Nam Tso and Mt Nyainqentanglha (7114m). the Holy Mountain of the whole northern tribes. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day9: Damshung-160km-Lhasa
Ride to Lhasa via Drepung (built in 1416), the largest monastery in Tibet, where Geluk Sect came into power and has been dominating since then. The most important religious protector here is Yamataka (built-headed one). Called Dorje Shin-je-shèd in Tibetan, Yamataka is the one who destroys the concept of death as being 'separate from birth'. Dorje Shin-je-shèd is the dark blue colour of space and wields the entire assemblage of vajra weapons in his thirty-two arms. His main face is that of a blue yak, surmounted by a red wrathful face, surmounted again by the yellow face of Jampalyang (Manjushri). This describes the manner in which the concept of death is overthrown by the wrathful intelligence of Jampalyang. Dorje Shin-je-shèd exemplifies the knowledge that death and birth are inseparably linked. Dorje Shin-je-shèd is shown here in the form of Pawo Chigpa (dPa bo gCig pa) – the Géluk form called 'Solitary Hero'. In the Nyingma tradition he is more commonly depicted in his yab-yum manifestation.

Day 10: Lhasa Visit
Potala, the largest castle in the world used to be the religio-political center of Old Tibet, the winter palace of Dalai Lama and the cemetery stupas of deceased Dalai Lamas and now it is a great museum of art and teasures.
Jokhang, the final destination of all sects, is where the city and Tibetan Buddhism began.
Norbulinkha, Dalai Lama’s summer palace, gives you some ideas of Dalai Lama’s life and the history of Tibet

Day 11: Lhasa-170km to Tsethang
Early morning ride to Songkha Ferry and 1.5-hour boating across Yarluzangbo and 0.5-hour ride to Samye (built in 8th century,), the premier monastery of Red Sect or Nyingma in Tibtan. Back across the river & 30km ride to Tsetang Town(3551m) and check-in at Longma Hotel or Yulong Hotel or Post Hotel according to reservation.
Afternoon 12km ride to Yumbulagang (built in 2nd century B.C), 1st Tibetan King’s Castle Via Trandruk Monastery(built in 7th century, subject to Geluk now), in which Pearl Thangkha is kept.
Tsetang is the cradle of Tibetan civilization and it is wise for a newcomer to become acclimatized at a comparatively lower altitude.
Day 12: exit
